Harford County Human Rope to Stop the Dope was held in memory of Alyssa Whelan and the many others who have tragically lost their lives to drug addiction. Many people turned out to raise awareness, celebrate recovery and link together to combat substance abuse and addictions in Harford County.

Report Issues Using 'Harford County Connect'
In 2011, Harford County became the first county in Maryland to allow citizens to report issues using a smartphone app. The interface, called "Harford County Connect," can also be used through the county's website.
